Question Why would I need to create an account?
AnswerYou can purchase from us without creating an account, however, if you are a regular customer then creating an account will ensure that your details are store for quicker checking out in future. We also have a wish list feature for those with an account that can be shared with others – a great way to let others know what would be a perfect Christmas or birthday gift.
Question What payment types do you accept?
AnswerWe accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express). You can also use our PayPal option to pay through your PayPal account.
Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerWe do ship internationally and have many happy international customers. The price of shipping will be calculated at the point of checkout once you have selected your destination country. Shipping times may vary depending on your country (please see our ‘how quickly can I expect my items’ question) and there maybe customs charges that you will be responsible for to take receipt of your package.
Question How quickly can I expect my items?
AnswerWhile we hold most of our products in stock, some bespoke products will take time to make. If you order a bespoke product we will inform you of how long it will be before your order is dispatched. Shipping will vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
Question How can i return an item?
AnswerWe accept returns for all products except our underwear and bespoke items. If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 3 working days from receipt of the goods by email and return to us within 10 working days unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of the value of the goods purchased. If you have ordered a bespoke item and have found it ill-fitting, then please talk to us about having adjustments made before returning the product so we can ensure a speedy turn-around time.

Question How do the bespoke attires work?
AnswerIf you would like to order a bespoke coat or other item of attire, then you can purchase the product online by choosing the customisations that you require at point of order. If you require customisations that are not listed, then you may contact us and we can generate a bespoke quote for you. Once you have placed your order, then we will request a set of measurements. We have a handy measurement guide for you to follow and this will be sent to the tailor who is making your coat or breeches. We will do our very best to ensure that you are happy with the fit of bespoke items and alterations can be arranged where necessary.
