All products offered for sale by huntingstockmarket.com are priced in pounds Sterling. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before dispatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT to UK and EU customers, and the gross price for non-EU customers.

Delivery

Where possible we send out all our parcels using DPD courier service. This ensures fastest possible delivery, usually next day if ordered before 1pm. For some small parcels we use Royal Mail next day service. Please note we reserve the right to change the postage rates as advertised in the case of unusually heavy orders (relative to their purchase value) which significantly exceed the quoted charge.

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Customs

Goods ordered from huntingstockmarket.co.uk for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Due to Brexit, shipments to the EU have changed.

As your delivery country is within the EU, UK Tax (VAT) which is normally included in the price of goods on our website has been deducted from your order. This is because you may be asked to pay VAT or the equivalent Tax in your own country when the goods arrive.

Due to the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, your order is now considered an export/import, and as such you may be required by your government to pay import duties and taxes on these goods. The amount you will have to pay will be dependent on the goods you have bought and will be calculated by the courier on behalf of your government. You will be notified by the courier who delivers your goods if you have fees to pay and if so, how much before the parcel will be delivered.

All duties, taxes, and service charges are the responsibility of you as the purchaser/importer.
Any consignments refused by you as the importer will incur a handling fee of £20 and the actual cost of delivery and return to us should you refuse delivery. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
